Now before we start our little adventure here, I think that anyone reading this would at least like to know my name. And my age. And what I do. You know.
Starting off, my proud name is Jazmine Loayza and I am 13 and a half years old to be exact. And just so you know, the last name's pronounced low-eye-zu. Not low-ee-zu or low-eay-zu or any other creative variations I've heard over the years. I enjoy writing (hence this blog), reading, art, and taking time to explore the weird things in life. You know, like what came first, the chicken or the egg? (In my opinion--it was the Chicken.)
My parents are both Hispanic, my father being 100% Peruvian and my mother being 50% Peruvian and 50% Puerto Rican. So, that makes me 75% Peruvian and 25% Puerto Rican. But I'm sure there are other hidden little backrounds that I don't know about. And, sadly, no I do not speak Spanish. Don't really know why, since both my parents speak it. Oh well. Life goes on.
So now you know a little about me. And stuff. But I know you want to know why exactly I created this blog. Well, it's nothing important, but I just like to express my thoughts and opinions on life in general. What's fair, what's not, who invented socks, and such. Just a thought on life. Oh, and the title? I was hungry at the time. Sorry. I might change it, I might not. Depends on what I feel like in the near future.
Well this all pretty much sums up The First Post. Hoo-hah. I would say that I will post daily, but that would be a lie since my parents aren't exactly non-strict. Oh well then.
~Ciao!
